Kansas City, Here We Come!

As an early anniversary present, I bought Chris and I tickets to see Paul McCartney in Kansas City this year. Since KC is about an 8.5 hour drive from home, we stayed the night. It was the first time we'd ever been away from the boys for that long. Our seats were amazing, in the balcony, two seats away from dead center. It was an incredible experience and I was glad my husband got to see a member of one of his favorite bands.

Holiday World

We took Grayson to Holiday World this year. It was incredibly hot, but luckily he was tall enough to enjoy some of the water rides. He had a great time, although he kept wanting to ride the big roller coasters! That kid isn't afraid of anything!

July 4th Festivities

We decided to do fireworks at our house this year. We have plenty of secluded land that we figured would be perfect for the celebration.
